The leap back in

Ugh. Has it really been almost a year since I’ve posted? Blame it on a busy schedule. Blame it on not wanting to miss out on the few months Minnesotan’s can actually enjoy being outside without having to wear a full bodysuit of wool and down. Blame it on my insecurities that nobody out there actually reads my words so what’s the point anyways. There are a million things I could blame it on. But what would be the point of these excuses? Instead, I have created a plan to get back on the blogging bandwagon. Because regardless of how many people see my posts, I love writing, I love reflecting and I love crafting words to tell a story about who I am, what I do, and what I believe.

I happened upon this list written by NY Times reporter Adam Bryant and shared by Minnesota-connector extraordinaire Lars Leafblad that lists some of the favorite questions 70+ CEOs like to ask when interviewing prospective hires. I thought the questions were pretty interesting and insightful (duh, they’re from CEOs), so I’m going to dedicate my next few blog posts to coming up with my answers to the questions.  I’d love to hear what your answers are, so feel free to share them in the comments, in an email, or, you know, over an old-fashioned cup of coffee.

Cheers!
